About GOAT Lab

GOAT Lab is a free, browser-based collection of 24 tools and references for science, engineering, and software development. Everything runs entirely in your browser — there is nothing to install and no account to create.

What you can do here

GOAT Lab brings together unit and format conversion, chemistry, physics, engineering and statistics references, developer utilities, a world atlas, and a range of everyday and professional calculators. Each tool is a focused, self-contained app reachable from the hub in five languages (English, 日本語, Español, 中文, Deutsch).

Our principles

• Free and open to everyone. No sign-up, no paywall, no usage limits.
• Privacy-friendly. The site is fully static — we do not run accounts or user profiles; the only analytics we use is anonymized, aggregate usage data (Google Analytics 4), gated behind consent in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland. Your preferences (theme and language) stay on your device.
• Works offline. Core tools are installable as a progressive web app and keep working without a connection.
• Fast and lightweight. Static pages load instantly and never lock you into a single device.
